Plan
Place lights, modifiers, flags and the camera on a floor plan. Distance, height and power
sit on every light. 在平面图上摆灯、改光器、旗板与机位,每盏灯带距离/高度/出力。

Record
Tap Start when the light goes up, Wrap when you change it. Two taps per
setup — not one per frame. 起灯点「开始」,换光点「收」。一套光两下,不是一张一下。

File
Import the shoot. Capture time and frame numbers are matched against the log, and each
frame lands under its setup. 导入这场拍摄,按拍摄时间与帧号双通道比对,照片各归各的方案。

verify it. When the two disagree, nothing is filed: a wrong diagram is worse than no diagram.

Shot parameters — aperture, shutter, ISO and lens read straight from EXIF
and shown next to the setup that made them.
